I wrote to the BBB to ask them where I can post a positive review for you and I received the link to Trustlink.org. I wrote a review on their page. I am copying the review here so you have it for yourself. This is the review I wrote.
I used White Flower Van Lines, Inc. for a long distance move.
I found them to be a most wonderful company to work with and I would like to be able to acknowledge that so that their BBB rating could go up. They gave me a binding estimate and kept to it. They arranged timing of the move to be the most convenient for my move and worked with me so that I could have things packed and picked up when I needed it. When there was a problem at my location they continued to work with me until the situation was resolved and they kept to their agreement without charging me anything additional, even though it meant they had to come back another time. They worked with me keeping my things in storage and working out the delivery details so that I would have my things when I was available to receive them and gave me the number of the driver so that I could work directly with him. My things were delivered in tact and if I had a problem it was resolved immediately. I found this company helpful, pleasant to work with and extremely accommodating and meeting all my needs.
I would like to be able to put all this on record for them as I believe they deserve the recognition.

I just wanted to write and let you know that I have never received such caring and customer-oriented customer service with any other company that I have ever dealt with. Not only the workers were very responsive and helpful, they treated me as though I were a personal friend that they really cared about, even though we, of course, had never met. I don't generally take the time to write commendation letters (in fact, this is a first) but the service was so outstanding, I just had to write and ask you to especially recognize them.
